This heavy-duty infantry Gambeson was worn by knights and men-at-arms alike. The heavy quilted 100% cotton body makes it a great addition over a shirt of mail. The lacing up the one side along the torso and also the neck, gives this garment a fitted look, while the high collar adds the needed extra protection. These sleeveless Gambeson allows for plenty of flexibility and range of movement. Dry clean. Comes in Burgundy or Black. Shown over our Locksley Padded Shirt, which is sold separately.
